When you request a quotation or book shifting services, we collect:

  • Personal details: Your Name, Contact Mobile Number, WhatsApp Number, and Email Address.
  • Relocation details: Current Pickup Address/Sector, Destination Drop Address/City, Floor Details, and Date of Shifting.
  • Inventory particulars: Estimated list of household furniture, delicate glassware, vehicles, or commercial goods.

B. How We Use Your Information (डेटा का उपयोग)

  • Calculating transparent and customized shifting quotations without hidden charges.
  • Coordinating packing supervisors, moving vehicles, and transit staff in Gurugram and Delhi NCR.
  • Sending transit tracking status and invoices via direct WhatsApp or SMS.
  • Zero Spam Policy: We NEVER sell, lease, or distribute your phone number or data to 3rd-party telemarketers or external vendors.

C. Data Storage & Safety (सुरक्षा)

All submitted customer leads and WhatsApp conversations are maintained under strict internal supervision. In-house staff handles your addresses purely for relocation execution.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy (रिफंड और रद्दीकरण नीति)

Fair, Clear & Straightforward Terms

We understand that unexpected schedule changes happen due to society handover delays, tenancy changes, or family emergencies. Our cancellation policy is simple and fair:

A. Cancellation Timelines & Refund Percentages:

48 Hours Before Scheduled Move: Full 100% refund of any advance booking token paid. Zero penalty fees.
24 to 48 Hours Before Move: Shifting can be rescheduled for free, or cancelled with a flat nominal administrative charge of ₹500.
Under 24 Hours / On Shifting Day: Advance deposit is non-refundable because vehicle booking and loading labor have already been mobilized for your slot.

B. Free Date Rescheduling (तारीख बदलना बिल्कुल फ्री)

Agar aapki shifting date aage-piche ho jaye, toh ghabrane ki zarurat nahi hai. Just call or message our helpline at 9896516922 at least 24 hours in advance, aur hum bina kisi extra charge ke aapka slot nayi date par shift kar denge (subject to vehicle availability).

C. Refund Processing Time (रिफंड मिलने का समय)

Approved cancellation refunds are credited back directly to your original payment mode (UPI / Google Pay / PhonePe / Bank Account) within 2 to 4 business days.
